Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network
Tap "Add carrier" or "Add mobile plan"
Use the camera to scan your eSIM QR code
Wait for the eSIM profile to download and activate
Turn on your new eSIM and set data preferences
Settings → Connections → SIM card manager → Add mobile plan
Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add a SIM
Settings → Wi-Fi & Internet → SIM & Network → Add a SIM
Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Add plan
Your device might not support eSIM. Check our compatible devices list or contact support.
Try entering the activation code manually or check if your camera permissions are enabled.
Make sure mobile data is enabled for the eSIM and check APN settings if needed.
